Network Error (tcp_error)

Hi. I can´t navigate by internet explorer. Appear a message that says:

Network Error (tcp_error).
A communication error occurred
The web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems
preventig it from responding to requests. You may wish to tyr again at a
later time.

I check the configuration and all it´s ok, tha administrator said me that
the ip is activated for navigate in Internet.

somebody knows what´s the problem?

This often occurs after some form of malware has invaded the system. Many
times a spyware scanner will remove junk, and it wipes the Winsock out.
If you are running SP2, go to Run, type CMD, then type in
netsh winsock reset catalog
Type Exit, and restart the computer. If there is no malware still on the
system, it should correct the problem.
