connection between my PDA and XP Office

I have a PDA which runs the Palm OS, and I have recently upgraded my address
book in XP Outlook to include the Contacts folder. Ever since, when I try to
do a synch, it tells me the connection failed, and I need to check my setup.
How do I do this?

By asking somewhere else. The conduits between your PC software and
your Palm Device are not made by Microsoft. Contact the company that
made them and ask for their help.
