connecting to yahoo mail

I am trying to use windows mail to access my yahoo mail. I got the following
error message and would like some advice on what to do:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk',
Server: 'pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Port: 465, Secure(SSL): Yes,
Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Your port settings don't agree with yahoo.uk instructions:
