Connecting to Win2000 through XP's Remote Desktop?

How do I connect from an XP machine via Remote Desktop to a Win2k machine?
What needs to be running on the Win2k machine for this to work?

You can't. Remote Desktop requires the Terminal Server service
to run. This service is only available on Windows Servers and
on WinXP Professional.
