No. Remote Desktop is not available on Windows 2000 Pro. You can,
however, connect to a Windows 2000 Server (and Adv. Server) that is running
Terminal Service with the Remote Desktop client.

If you want to connect to a W2k Pro computer, you can check out VNC.

Or a more expensive solution:
