Connecting to two differenct Exchange Servers at the same time.

Is it possible to connect to two different Exchange servers at the same time?

I have different email ids on two Exchange servers. I have two profiles and
can download mails from either one by selecting the correct profile.

Is there anyway I can open both at the same time? If not then is there an
easier way to switch between the profiles without closing Outlook and
starting it again and selecting the other profile?

I am using Outlook 2003 on Windows XP.

Outlook Web Access may be a good option for you.
If you keep one account open in Outlook and keep an
eye on the other using the Outlook Web Access, then
you will be able to keep both open on the desktop at
the same time.

Nikki didn't ask this but I will, are the two Exchange servers part of the
same organization? If yes, they you can add secondary mailboxes to you main
profile. Just select Tools > Email Accounts > View/Change account >
Advanced button > Advanced tab > add button to add the secondary exchange
accounts.

Neo - They are part of different organizations.

Nikki - that is what I am currently doing.

Then your option is what Nikki suggested or tie in the other via POP3/IMAP
since no version of Outlook supports multiple exchange accounts from
different orgs in the same profile.
