connecting to shares using offline files

I have offline files from a server. When viewing the shares on the server, I
can only see the offline folders that are shared. I have verified the
connections are viable as I can connect from the server back to a share on
the client. Any ideas why this is happening. Thanks in advance.

Try to fully resolve the share name and connect via run command. If
successful check your duplex and correct if needed. If you have static
address disconnect the connection and reconnect after duplex is correct, if
you have dhcp, release and renew
