Connecting to Shared Printer

I have an XP Pro client and I have shared the printer
attached to it. I then have tried to connect a Win2K
client to that printer and it tells me "Cannot connect to
printer. Access is denied." I have set up
the "Everyone" profile on the XP machine to allow
printing and managing printers, but it still wont work.
What am I doing wrong?

Its a little confusing. Where would I be running
the .cmd file from? The computer with the share or the
one that I am trying to connect to it?
