Connecting to a Network printer

Hi all, I'm trying to connect to a network printer on a printer HUB. When I
try to use the printer wizard to install it, I get a "Windows cannot connect
to the printer. Operation could not be completed." error. However, I know
this is the right address because two other computers can print to the same
printer, through the same hub. Any suggestions?

I've already made sure all the File and Printer Sharing files and so forth
have been installed on both computers. I'm just totally at a loss at what to
do now, and any help would be appreciated.

Is this 'hub' a Print Server? Or just a powered hub connected to one of the
other PCs?
