I need to connect to 2 home networks at the same time. The need for two
networks is to allow me set up a proxy server for my kid's internet sharing.
There are also multiple printers that need to be shared, this is done through
a wireless router (B). The other network for myself comprise sharing of the
internet with another router (A) to which the computer running the proxy
server is connected too. How do I connect to the computer with proxy server
as well as have access to the printers?

What your going to want to do is Bridge the two networks together. It might
be able to be done using your routers, I dont know since I dont know what
types you are using, but the easiest way would be to purchase to APs,
connect one to each router and bridge the two connections. For a description
of this see the following links.
