connecting computers with a network

I recently up graded one of my computers from windows 98
to xp and ever since I did that my network has not worked
between the two other computers. The other computers can
connect with each other but not with the one that I up
graded to xp. If anyone can help me get it so I can
connect all my computers or tell me why this is doing
this I would appreciate it.
 
Simply create an account name/password that is the same
on all machines and with sufficient access rights to the
directories you want to share.
