Why don't you simply connect them using a router. The router will
automatically set up a route between the two networks. The default gateway
on the PCs should be the router.

Have a great day!

And you can even use the simple PC as a router with simply
2 routes added to it.

Question: Are these two Public address blocks that you actually own?

The 193 is definitely not a private address and the 192 may or may not be,
you didn't reveal enough of it. What is the real situation you are dealing
with here?
