Well I got my Remote Desktop all set up and I followed this guide
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/networking/expert/northrup_03may16.mspx
and everything works perfect. I can go to a machine with Remote Desktop
installed and then I can connect to my comptuer. Now I want to get it so that
I can connect to my computer through Internet Explorer. He explains that you
have to do this:
"Open Internet Explorer, and enter the URL http://ipaddress:port/tsweb/. For
example, if your IP address is 192.168.1.120, and you chose the TCP Port
1374, you would enter the URL http://192.168.1.120:1374/tsweb/. "
Well I have tried that from a client computer and it doesn't work. I don't
understand why he has tsweb in the address that you are supose to type in. Is
that supose to be the directory where th remote desktop installed to?? If
that is true then I am pretty sure that I dont have that directory on my
comptuer anywhere. Do I ahve to make a TSWEB directory on my computer
somewhere or what am I supose to do?? Thanks!!
