Connect directly to another computer

I'm going to be using this feature soon with a directparallel cable. One
computer is Windows 95 & the other is Windows 2000 Professional. I will be
transfering files from the Windows 95 computer to the Windows 2000
professional computer. Is this possible with the Connect directly to another
computer feature? I mean does this feature work with all windows versions or
is it just for Windows 2000 & XP thing? Thanks Mike
