Connect a Template with the data source.

Hello!!
I am new into Excel, but I have knowledge in Access.
I have created a Template in Excel that shows the data how
it was requested.(One column has the Office Name and other
columns has data calculated and a chart)
How can I extract the information from an Access database
Table to fill out the Excel Template?

Any help will be appreciated. Any documentation to read
also will help a lot.
