Configuring VPN

I'm trying to configure the VPN. We have a PIX firewall
and behind it SBS 2003 Premium(ISA enabled). On the pix I
have opened port 1723 and 47.

When I try I get no answer 678. Is there anything else I
would need to do?

Now I'm getting a message of error 651 'modem reported an
error'
