configuring the shared internet connection to others on my lan

Hi,
Would anyone have the knowledge or information on how I can configure the
Shared Internet Connection on my computer to allow other computers on my LAN
to have access to e-mail (Outlook), for example, without them having Internet
Explorer access?
For the moment I've enabled the sharing and removed Internet Explorer from
their machines, but realise that this is not the most elegant solution, and
also one I'm not ultimately in control of.
Thanks

Hi, first of all, what kind a connection you have?
you can disable on local policy or if you are connected trough a router
you simply can disable the port 80 on each ip address.

Hi, I have a broadband connection that is on all the time on my PC. All the
PCs on the LAN are connected to each other through a simple hub.
I'm not familiar with disabling on local policy, could I ask you for more
details?
Thanks
