Configuring Outlook

I need to configure outlook so it will attach a graphic disclaimer when you
send an outgoing email. Is there a way to apply a group policy and create a
standardized outlook form, that everyone in the company can use?

This is best done on the server, not on the clients. Besides, there will be
many people who will never see the graphic. Put the disclaimer in plain
text, if you must include one. By the way, court cases involving the
presence of disclaimers seem to indicate they do not protect the company
that includes one, so they're legally worthless.

My favorite....wish I knew who the author was, to give him or her proper
