I have spent hours switching from MSN dial up to Cox high
speed internet, installing XP and Office 2003, now I am
at the last step and having trouble.

I configured Outlook for my identity and am able to send
and receive mail. I went in tried to set up another
identity which I thought I did correctly, but when I sent
that address an email it came to my in box. I think I
made an error when I entered the POP3, server in and
server out. I entered pop.west.cox.net for in and
smtp.west.cox.net for the server out. When I tried to
establish the second identity, I entered the same info.?
Do I need to enter pop.west.cox.net(1) or something like
that? I am so frustrated!! Can anyone help! Thanks!

Outlook does not use identities. Outlook Express does.
What program are you using?
