Configuring Outlook 2000 to send email only not to recieve

Yes I have an application currently running on a win2k
terminal server, that has a feature to send out email
attachments. But I would like to set up user's with their
outlook profile on the terminal server to just send email
and not to recieve! Reason being because I do not want the
terminal server to be used to fetch email from the mail
server!

Any suggestions?
 
Outlook 2000 does not have the ability to separate the send from receive.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
