configuring and outlook form to send as text only

T

The Murray Midget

I have an outlook form used for requesting new user accounts for my
network, which is a simple graphical form with various fields which
gets emailed to my helpdesk email box.

I have automatic call logging setup that logs a call in our helpdesk
software any emails that arrive with the subject as the title and the
message of the email in the body of the call. However the form logs
an empty call when it arrives in the helpdesk mailbox. I need the
form to arrive with the contents of the form in text so that the
helpdesk software will log the information provided in the call.

Is there anyway of specifying that the form only sends in text format
and doesn't keep the graphical view when arriving in my mailbox?

You could include code in the Item_Send event handle to put the desired
information into the body of either that item or a new item created with
IPM.Note.
