Configure Outlook for 2 users on a PC w/same email acct

How do I set up Outlook 2003 for 2 users on my home PC to use the same email
account in our own user accounts? We want to use the same inbox file for both
users, but save our own emails onto separate file folders.
 
Create 2 different folders in Outlook and move the messages there when received
