Conditional Formatting

I entered a conditional format for a row which shaded all cells equal to
zero. However, this also shades cells which are empty. How do you omit empty
cells from this conditional format? Thanks!
 
Use:

Conditional Formatting
Formula Is: =AND(ISNUMBER(A1),A1=0)
