Conditional Formatting

Does anyone know how to apply conditional formatting to a
row of cells (i.e. to create a digital dashboard) based on
the value of a particular cell?

Let's say you want to change the formatting of row 2 if
A1 is greater than 10:

1. Select row 2.
2. Format > Conditional Formatting
3. Formula Is and enter:
=$A1>10
4. Format as desired.
