Conditional Formatting works with XP Home but not XP Professional

I have a conditional format that works fine on my home laptop that runs XP
Home Edition. But, when I open the same file at work where we run XP
Professional, the conditional formatting doesn't appear. Both computers have
Access 2003. What could my problem be? Is there a patch or service pack
download for my work computer?

Yes, there is a service pack for Office 2003, avaliable from:
http://office.microsoft.com/productupdates/

I believe this update did address some conditional formatting issues.
