Computers off yet starts up

I need some help here.... I have a laptop that is
turning itself on after being off. I have looked in the
BIOS for Wake on LAN and Wake on Ring and I find
nothing. The only thing I found about Wake on LAN was in
Device Manager>Network Adapters>National Semiconductor
Corp. DP83815/816 10/100 MacPhyter PCI Adapter. I
disabled that Wake on LAN but my laptop isn't even
connected to the internet. Does any one have an idea?

My laptop is a HP Pavilion ze4400(ze4430us), AMD Athlon
xp-m, Windows XP

Other than WOL, I have seen this behavior if you have a CD/DVD in the drive
during a shutdown.
