Computer turns on when shutdown

When I turn off my laptop it turns itself back on. I
know this has to do something with Wake on LAN and Wake
on Ring and people tell me to go to my BIOS and disable
it, but it doesn't say anything about Wake anything in my
BIOS.. Can anyone help me?

Hi Missy,

It could have to do with that and without knowing more, I can't help you
with your BIOS.

Other reasons/causes: I have seen this behavior if you have a CD/DVD in the
drive during a shutdown.
