Hi,

For some strange reason my computer's date keeps changing
by being around 4 months out of date.

Everytime I change it back to the current date, within a
few days in back at being incorrect. For instance, today
is 5 July 2004 but it put it forward to 12 September 2004.

Anyone have any ideas what's causing this & how I can
stop it from happening?

Daniel

Probably you have a slow clock or a bad battery on your computer's
motherboard. I had the same problem on my old Pentium II. Try this
simple utility http://www.altrixsoft.com/chrono.html It is able to
synchronize computer's clock via the Internet automatically .

Best regards,
