I HAVE SEVERAL COMPUTERS WITH VISTA AND EACH ONE HAS ALWAYS SET UP MY
WINDOWS EMAIL. THIS NEW COMPUTER KEEPS ASKING ME TO PUT INFORMATION IN, I
DON'T KNOWWHERE TO FIND THE INFO AND YOUR HELP PAGE SUCKS. WHAT HAPPENED TO
THE SELF IMPORT INFO?

Copy the detail from one of your several boxen, THAT WORKS, to the new one?

Go to a working PC and then in windows mail menu -Tools - Accounts then
High-light the working account and choose the export button.
Save the resultant file to a flash drive.

Take the flash drive to your uncooperative PC and repeat the basic steps only this time choose the import button.
Point the computer to your flash drive file and you will have all the setup complete, including password.

Also Dayna. Turn off the CAP LOCK. All caps is shouting and impolite. We are all unpaid users helping users here.
