Computer won't work without Charger plugged in

Is there any way to change the settings so I can use the computer without
having the outlet charger plugged into it? If I take it out the computer

Sounds like the battery is bad. The only setting that fixes this is
"replace".

Is this a laptop?

There's no setting to change and this isn't a Windows issue. You almost
certainly need to replace the battery.
