Computer wont turn on

Yesterday my son was on internet and the computer froze. He couldnt get it to
do anything so he turned it off with the power button. Now it wont do
anything, when i press the power button it does nothing, then after about
15-20 secs it turns off and back on again. I hope someone has experienced
this and is able to help. It would be greatly appreciated.
 
Looks like a hardware error, can be the processor becomes to hot or the
processor is damaged.

Go to the shop where you have bought the computer (or any other hardware
shop)
