Computer won't start

I've been having strange things happening to my computer
for a few weeks, ever since the worm virus hit. Now I'm
getting a screen on start-up that apologizes for Windows
not starting successfully and giving 5 options for restart
including Safe Mode, Safe Mode w/ Networking, Safe Mode w/
Command Prompt, Last Known Good Config. and Start Windows
Normally. All of these causes the computer to shut down
in a few seconds then restart. If you choose none of them
the computer restarts over and over. Please help.

You may be infected with the MSblast worm (though there are quite a few
different ones going around).
