Computer wont start up. Restarts

My computer wont let me log on. As soon as it gets to the
logon screen it restarts and will repeat this process
until i shut it down. Safe mode does the same thing. Can
you please help me?

There are no error messages becuase the system completely
restarts.

My system is doing the exact same thing as yours. I have
posted also to this newsgroup. If you find out how to fix
yours will you e-mail me on how to do it. I would
appreciate it. Thanks. I just had this computer in to the
shop for some other problems and I don't want to take it
again if I can help it.
