Installed Windows Live One Care (virus program). It found a Trojan
Downloader system 32. I deleted it. Now computer wont reboot. Says :
\windows\system32\C_1252.nls missing. Tried to use Windows setup disk -
recovery console. But don't know what to type to get the computer to copy
this file to the hard drive. The screen goes to a DOS screen with a C:\ .
You can type in "help". It gives you a bunch of words. To which I'm now
lost. Don't know what commands to type. Need help.

Start the Recovery Console and once logged on enter the following,
pressing <Enter> after each line:

cd system32
ren c_1252.nls c_1252.old
expand x:\i386\c_1252.nl_ c:\windows\system32

Where x is the drive letter of the CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive.

When you log on to the Recovery Console you should be at the
%systemroot% (usually C:\Windows) folder.
