Start by taking a look at any antispyware programs that you may
have installed on your computer. Programs such as AdAware and
Spybot S & D have features which lock a number of Internet
Explorer settings, homepage being one of them.
If that's not the problem, post back with info about what your
current home page is and what site you want it to be. Also
include the names of any security programs, antivirus and
antispyware, that you have installed on your system.
