I have an emachine model w3107 with windows xp version 2002
when you turn the power on yes you hear a few beebs and the fans come on and
then nothing else. does not load any driver for keyboard or monitor ect.
I just tried to boot from a download from microsoft a (disk boot install)

Since you have access to another computer (you are posting here) then go to your
computer manufacturers site and see their beep codes. That will tell you the issue
with your computer.

Example Only
Beep Codes: Depending on make and Model it can be anything and any amount . As an
example (short, long, long short) on a Gateway computer will mean defective Hard Drive
