Computer will not accept pictures from camera.

I have MINOLTA G400, and is properly connected to
Windows XP "In Picture Tools", when I click on get
pictures from camera or scanner. Notice appeares "The
computer can not dedect scanner or camera"and sugest
checking the connection. Connection has been cheked and is
OK.
Help or sugestion will be greatly appreciated

Check the Minolta website for the latest XP drivers and software for your
camera.
