Computer using 100% of CPU. Mostly by win32.exe

My computer runs very slow after booting up. Task managaer show CPU usage @ 100% most being used by a process, win32.exe, about 80-99% for this one process. Once I connect to the internet the usage goes down to about 4% and runs fine after that. It even runs fine after I disconnect from the internet. Only bad prior to loging on to the internet. Any ideas on what is causing this problem. I previously had the sasser worm, which I believe I got removed. Please help. Thanks

You have found the problem yourself , win32.exe. This is not a system file
and is a virus . Run this scanner ( http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/ ) and
remove this bad boy. Jym
