Computer suddenly does not read keyboard

First off, there is nothing wrong with the keyboard. It was working fine
seconds before I restarted my PC and it works fine on my other computers.

I just tried to create a workgroup within my network, but when it prompted
me to restart my computer for the settings to take effect, I immediately lost
internet connection to my PC and when my computer finished restarting and I
come to the XP login screen....

It doesn't read my keyboard!!! The keyboard is on and functioning fine, and
my mouse works perfectly, but nothing I type shows up on the screen. I can't
log in now

Power down fully and reseat the cables. Press the keys to get into the
BIOS. If you can't, replace the keyboard.
