For the third after performming a full chkdsk my computer
fails to load Windows. I am using Windows XP Pro. After
POST, the computer begins to load Windows and it tells me
the computer improperly shutdown last time and gives me
the boat option screen. I've tried all the options,
command promt, safe mode, last known good, and start
normally. But as it is trying to load it just up and
restarts. It is a continuous cycle. In the end, I've had
to low-level format and reload everything. Can someone
please help me with this issue.

You should boot to a floppy or a utility CD to run
diagnostics tests on your system, mainly the hard drive
and RAM, this can be caused by faulty memory, or even
loose RAM modules, so check that too. Try re-seating the
memory firmly into thier slots. Some good utilities are
Nortons, V-COM, (formerly was Ontrack), System Mechanic,
