Computer slowed down

complete amateur

Computer sudenly slowed down, delays, mouse not active 15
seconds after page is open. What to do? Thanks
 
You say the computer just completely slowed down, this
doesn't tend to happen a lot, can you explain what you
were doing just before it happened, any changes you made,
e.t.c inside of Windows.
