Computer Shutting down

Shortly after I turn my computer on an error message pops up saying something about the LSA Shell (export Version) Then the computer begins shutting down stating NT Authority System 1073741819 can anyone help me with this problem and how to fix it. Do I have a worm or something

Apparently, your PC has suffered a security breech because:
