computer shuts down without warning

my computer will turn off all of a sudden and reboot
immediately after which it tells me it's recovered from a
serious error and gives me this error code.

BCCode: 10000050 BCP1: E240D650 BCP2: 00000001 BCP3
8053CE49 BCP4: 00000001 OSVer 5_1_2600 Product 250_1


If anyone has any clue what the error code means or what
could be causing this to happen I would be ever so
grateful for your help. Thanks in advance.
