Computer Shuts Down Unexpectedly during XP setup

When trying to boot either from the XP CD, or the XP
Setup Boot Disks, the computer just shuts off for no
reason.. No errors, nothing, just off!

Any one have ANY ideas?!?!?

Make sure your BIOS is up to date. Try disabling APIC in
your BIOS, if you can. It controls the software
shutdowns. Other than that, just tell us were the error
occours- maybe some specific place (no, not in your house)
