Computer Shuts Down On Me

When I connect to the Internet, at unpredictable times I
get a message that says the file lsass.exe has
unexpectedly terminated with error 1073741819, then my
system reboots itself. When rebooting is complete, I
find that Norton Antivirus AutoProtect has been turned
off. I downloaded the latest virus updates and ran a
scan, but Norton didn't find anything.
