System Shutdown when on line!!!! Help

Has anyone ever had this message:

System shutdown
Initiated by NT Authority\System

The system process c:\windows\system 32\LSASS.exe
terminated unexpectedly

Status code 1073741819

and then it shuts the computer down. This keeps happening
to me when i go on line (dial-up). This has occurred
since I had a virus this weekend and had to reinstall my
operating system (Windows XP Home Edition)
