I was cleaning my pc and forgot to plug the pc fan back in. until I figured
this out my computer was shutting off randomly. It didn't seem to affect it
until one time while I was trying to run defrag before I realized the problem
about the fan and it shut off and then i was trying to run disc clean up and
same thing happened and then when I figured out that the fan was unplugged
and plugged it back in it started running very slow I mean very slow. I did a
third party cleaning and then clean disc and then defrag and search and
destroy and it is a little better but nothing like it was. It used to be very
quick I don't know why cause I only have a 40 gig hard drive and what 768 of
ram and a 2.8 amd processor so by all rights I guess it should be slow but I
guess the little tweeking that I've done here and there made a difference.
couldn't tell you what tweeking I did to it though. If any one knows anything
please let me know.
thanks Michelle
