My computer programs have been running slow lately. I have deleted cookies,
temporary internet files and recently ran disk clean-up. Can you tell me
other things I can do? Also, my computer automatically signs me in to AIM
when I turn it on. Can you tell me how to change this?

Run *several* up-to-date anti-spyware programs. Malware is perhaps the most
common cause of an unexplained slowdown these days.

So How Did I Get Infected Anyway?
