Computer restarts

While typing in Outlook, the computer restarts. Also, restarts whle moving
messages to a different folder.
 
version of outlook? version of windows?

The version is Otlook 2002 (10.6515.6714(SP3)

Windows XP Hom

I just bought the computer and reloaded the sofware.
