Computer repeatedly restarts on it's own : Isass.exu problem

My P.C. won't load windows. It tries then restarts
automatically. When I interupt by killing the power, it
finally says that there was a problem with the Isass.exu
file, then restarts, then shows me a screen to let me go
into safe modes the restart. None of these modes are any
different. Everyone of these modes does the same thing.
Any advice?
